- Developed by IFFCO (Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative)
- India’s first nano-fertilizer; approved for commercial use in 2021
- A 500 ml bottle of Nano Urea can replace one 45 kg bag of conventional urea
- Applied as foliar spray (on leaves) โ not soil application
- Increases nutrient use efficiency; reduces soil and water pollution
- Reduces India’s dependence on urea imports
