📊 NSAP — National Social Assistance Programme
NSAP provides social protection to BPL households through five sub-schemes:
- IGNOAPS: Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme — ₹200-500/month for elderly BPL
- IGNWPS: Indira Gandhi National Widow Pension Scheme — ₹300/month for widows
- IGNDPS: Indira Gandhi National Disability Pension Scheme — ₹300/month for disabled
- NFBS: National Family Benefit Scheme — ₹20,000 lump sum on death of breadwinner
- Annapurna: 10 kg free grain/month for destitute elderly not covered by IGNOAPS
